Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes - most are! The description for each type of earring will say whether or not they are hypoallergenic. Most of the materials we use are nickel free and hypoallergenic. If for some reason you have an issue, please contact us and we will help resolve it right away.
Are your earrings lightweight?
Yes! Polymer clay is extremely light and even our biggest earrings weigh no more than a quarter - no matter how heavy they may look.
How do I care for my earrings?
Do not get your earrings wet and store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid getting perfume, lotion, or makeup on your earrings. While polymer clay is flexible, do not bend your earrings as they could break. We are not responsible for any damage you may cause to your earrings.
To clean your earrings you can wipe them with a damp cloth, baby wipe, or lint free jewelry wipe. Items that are raw brass will tarnish over time, but can be cleaned with vinegar based solutions.
Do you offer clip on earrings?
We do not offer clip on earrings at the moment but will soon!
How do I track my order?
When orders are complete, an email will be sent with a tracking number. If you do not have a tracking number, or are having an issue with tracking please send us an email and we will be happy to help.
Note that if you place multiple orders on the same day and pay shipping more than once we will refund the extra shipping costs to you. However, please message us before we ship your order.
What if my package is lost?
We are not responsible for lost (or stolen) packages. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. Please note that shipping fees are typically non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns and all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged please reach out to us within one week of purchase and we may offer a replacement.
Do you offer custom pieces?
Yes we do! Pricing and timeline vary based on the design, but please contact us if you have any questions or would like to start the consultation process.
